Hey everyone...
I've done quite a bit of reading here lately to figure out a few issues I've had for years...I will start by taking you back to when I was much much younger...
It started in elementary school, I can't remember the grade, maybe 3rd...I was in gym class doing the rope climb exercise...I noticed that if I stalled my ascent, I had an overwhelmingly pleasant feeling...you get the idea. I did whatever I could to achieve this throughout my childhood.
I get old enough to start actually masturbating and as a normal adolescent living at home, you have to rush, as I read on this forum is pretty normal...Since then I've been pretty regular with watching porn and taking care of business quite quickly just as a habit.
I finally start having sex and notice I'm pretty quick on the trigger...It got slightly better the more sex I was having, but still wasn't necessarily a long lasting guy in bed.
Throughout the years, probably once I hit 18, my EQ decreased. Never 100% solid, more like 50-75%. Enough to have sex, and reach full size (7.5x5.5) but it was never 100% robust. I had no issues getting stimulated, it just wasn't as rock solid as I had expected...
I think because of this, I would kegel (after realizing what it is and how it affects things), ya know to flex it and keep it as "hard" as possible. I also noticed if I didn't kegel the whole time, I would have decreased stimulation and EQ.
So to my dilemma...Do I really have ED, and trying to solve it by flexing (kegels), am creating my own premature issues?
I decided to try to edge to see what my issue is...Tonight I was able to edge for about 20 minutes and would have very little stimulation until I did a short kegel. The longer the kegel, the more intense the feeling got until I was at PONR, where I would reverse kegel or really slow down to decrease the intensity, rinse and repeat. All while not having incredible EQ...
Any thoughts or opinions would be awesome!
