Hey Guys,

Couple questions - how do you know the difference b/t hard flaccid and turtling?

I'm on a mission to help cure my situation but don't know where to start because I've heard so many different theories.

Are Kegals/ reverse kegals good or bad to do if you think you may have HF?

Ill start with my story.

About 4 months ago (about 1 month into PE exercises) I made the rookie mistake and went too hard jelqing. No immediate pain and I finished the session but the next days I was very sore. It was very hard for me to get an erection for 2 weeks and my penis was really turtling and when flaccid it was hard and shrunken. The head looked huge and slightly bruised at the top base of the glans (where the lip is for lack of a better term).

4 Months later I do notice a decrease in erections and when flaccid my penis is what I would call hard flaccid or it turtles usually when standing.

Today I feel that the 'lip' on the head is still swollen or it feels larger than normal. Scar tissue?

My penis curves to the right when flaccid and it NEVER did this before. It not only curves but it turns so it is rolling over on itself about half a turn.

There is also a weird what I would call a spongy pocket on the right side just below the glans which definitely wasn't there before the injury. I feel that its size comes and goes or maybe it is just more pronounced when I'm in turtled/HF state. It is right over a vein which sometimes gets very enlarged. This area can cause slight discomfort and it just feels different (not necessarily painful but a uncomfortable different feeling) When I get the 'hard flaccid' I notice the spongy injury area just below the head is large and protruding slightly while the rest of the mid shaft is shrunken and tight.

Could this be a chronic area of edema or scar tissue or did I injure the vein or break a blood vessel?

My erections do seem to be of normal quality which is good and I definitely have made progress since the injury in 4 months time because all the symptoms were 10x as bad weeks after the injury.

I want to get this thing back to normal because the curve and the spongy area is starting to grow on my mind more and more as it never use to be there and I feel 4 months time should have healed it if it was just a minor injury.

I appreciate all your help and comments guys. Thank You!

That sounds like something where you should have the urologist take a look.
