Couple Noob Qestions

Hi everyone, thanks for the warm welcome yesterday.

I did my first session of JP90 yesterday. I have a couple of questions:

-Usually I wake up with a hard on, but this morning I didn't and I was a little sore. Is this normal since my penis isn't used to being worked out with PE exercises? As it gets conditioned will the soreness stop and the morning wood continue?

-How long, before or after a PE session should I wait to have sex?

-Any suggestions for my warm ups and cool downs?
It was weird because my roommate could notice me going back and forth to the bathroom to keep reheating my cloth lol,

EDIT: I'm going to turn this into my jp90 log and track my progress

- Take a few days off until you feel no soreness, and then perhaps a couple more. The only time you should feel slightly sore is after a workout. If you are still sore the next day then it's a sign to slow down.

- As long as you are not too sore, I don't think it matters much. I always enjoyed doing it after a PE session because I would be a tiny bit bigger ;)

- Buying a heat pack or making a rice sock works effectively. I bought a heat pack that stays warm enough for about 20 minutes, which is perfect for warming up the crotch.

1) Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!
You should be feeling good during and after the exercises, maybe you have overtrained and need rest, try a lighter grip, less force, shorter duration when you PE next time.

2) If the opportunity arises, you feel like it, and have the EQ for it, go ahead, penises are meant for sex after all! ;) :p :becky:

3) Invest in a heating pad or a rice sock. :D

1)Should I just start out with regular wet jelqs then? (instead of gripping before the glans and letting off once the other hand has slid halfway up)

and how do I deal with getting hard? I kept on getting to 90-100% while jelqing and I probably did way too many in a non-flaccid state.

There it is, rule #3.

Are you talking about the grip as in the base? Because the JP90 referred to holding right before the glans, or at least that's what I was doing. So was I doing them all wrong? :doh:

As JP stated it, you hold the grip before the glans and move the other one up, just lighten the grip so you don't over pressure your blood vessels. :)

So I did a lighter routine yesterday and it went really well. I looked really full and the head was especially swollen. No soreness this morning and woke up with a semi.

Did it again today a little firmer and again, it looked really full, scary even. If this is only after three days I don't even want to know what I'll look like after 90 haha.

Couple more questions that dawned on me.

1) I exercise quite religiously. I beat up my legs quite a bit (squats, sprints, intervals, plyos etc etc) so I take one to two ice baths a week. Will taking ice baths be counter productive with my gains?

2) I ordered a bathmate a week ago. This was before joining pegym and learning about jp90. So before someone says, "stick to the jp90." ;) Would I be able to incorporate my bathmate into the jp90, I just spent the money on it so I don't really want to have it sit there for 90 days.

3) I guess this is a follow up--Does the bathmate even really work? I've read about clamping, slow-squash, and ulis as manual exercises that seem to give guys on here significant gains. Am I better off doing those and returning the bathmate?

Good to hear it working well for you! :clapping:

IMO, taking an ice bath will not harm your gains.

As for the bathmate, I recommend you "stick to JP90" :p :) well, for at least the first 90 days, especially that it is working good for you now, don't change it when it is working.

Maybe someone will chime in and provide their advice on the BM, as I am not all too familiar with it myself. :)

I figured that was the response I would get. :laugh: Fair enough. I really don't want to mess with it right now anyways because I'm pleasantly surprised. I actually can't wait for tomorrow so I can do it again.

Anyone with bathmate experience?

Just a quick update: I went to do my warm up today and it was feeling sore so I decided to take the day off and let it recover a little.

EQ was a little low today so I decided to rest one more day. I'm in no rush and want to make sure I'm completely safe and healthy. I think, at least for the first few weeks, I will do a 2 day on 1 day off routine and really focus on light grip slow stroke jelqs. I think because my first couple sessions went so well I was over eager and probably gripped to hard trying to force-trap blood.

Slow and steady wins it.:bounce:
