I am into my 14th week of PE and started wearing Stealth Innerwear last week...it does prevent "the turtle effect" and it keeps your penis stretched out when wearing it so you are retraining it to stay more extended. I have noticed a difference already. The problem is sizing. No two penises are the same so you really have to be careful when ordering. Some people have to reorder to get the correct size. If the size in not 100% correct in will not work. It is cheap($37.00 for 2 including shipping) easy to wear all day, you can wear it under jeans. But the size DOES have to be correct or it is useless and you will pull out and turtle. And their customer service is great. They e-mail you and keep you informed about your order. He e-mailed me before he shipped mine to double check the size. If you are looking for a anti-turtle device...this is a good choice!

Because he pretty much completely disregarded films initial post and focused on his own specific gains. This post was to show how Film personally reached his goals. Starting a sentence with "don't mean to sound arrogant" pretty much makes you sound arrogant in some regards immediately. Perhaps arrogant is the wrong word here.

If you get the correct size it does give you a nice light stretch when wearing it...but getting the right size has been an issue for some guys. I wear mine 8-10 hours a day with no turtle...and I turtle a lot. And it will do wonders for your "package"!

So for the Stealth...should I get two different sizes (1. one for just normal flaccid hang when I pressed for time and just need to slip it on really quick and 2. one for when i use the bathmate for about 5 or so minutes to get the blood pumping and flowing).

I usually bathmate for about 15mins max atleast 8 minutes though.

That would work, that's what I originally did or you can get two of the size for when you bathmate. I have money I use when I work out, because it will constantly get sweaty and you'll have to wash constantly so the size might adjust when you wash it, and I get one I just wear all day when I'm at work or just going about my day. It's honestly up to you.
