Clamping Question

Hi,
It's been a while since my girth moved from a dead spot, so I decided to try clamping.
Bought my clamp at Home depot and did two 5 min sessions today.

Results: It's not as scary as I thought, think of it as Uli that lasts 5 min. Expansion is great and I hope it will help my girth

However there are a couple things that are unclear to me:
- Do you edge while clamping? I did edge, If I don't stimulate myself erection goes down..
- Do you kegel while clamping? I did a couple of kegels and it was intense to say at least..
- Did anyone try to compress during clamping? (squeeze near glans to increase intensity) I did not do it.. It sounds scary as hell

I do both edge and kegel when I clamp. I wouldn't recommend compression squeezes during a clamp session. That sounds way too intense. I warm up, jelq for 5 minutes to prime my dick, clamp for 7 minutes, jelq again for 5 minutes to get fresh blood in, and repeat 3 sets. I also pump after for 10 minutes, break for 5, then pump again for 10 then warm down.

I've been PE'ing solid now for 9 months and this is my far the best routine I've come up with. Just be careful and watch your PI's.

You are thinking too much. All a clamp does is keep you hard to help expand the chambers of your penis. The harder you get with a clamp on the better it works. BE CAREFUL! If your penis starts turning blue or if your penis feels cold, or if you get any pain or numbness immediately take it off for a few minutes to let the blood flow. With that said, there is nothing to it. If you want to edge with a clamp to get harder, go for it. If you want even more intensity then kegel and reverse kegel as you see fit. If you cock is well conditioned you may add compression to your clamping. I tried that a couple times, but the pressure was so great I don't do it anymore. I think extra compression with clamping significantly increases your risk of popping a blood vessel or other injury.

I absloutely love the clamp. I have been doing PE for 10 months, so I am not a beginner. Clamping is an advanced technique due to the potential for injury. But I fucking love it! As a matter of fact a 10 minute clamp works so well I never ever have to jelq. Ever! Thank God, because frankly jelqing is just too much effort for a lazy man like me.

What I do, if you are curious, is I put the clamp on as I get in the shower. While I'm in the shower washing my hair, cleaning, etc... I just have the clamp on holding my erection. About 10 minutes later, or after the shower, I simply take off the clamp and I'm good to go. My easy/lazy routine has eliminated jelqs from my life, maintains my gains, and keeps my EQ strong. And EQ, my friend, is everything!!

hey draggin, thanks for the nice post!

I'm now on my sixth month of JP's 90 day routine, as a preparation for advance enlargement techniques, I did a lot of research(reading articles, posts from forums, etc...) then I found out one good technique to start with is the "CLAMPING" but the problem is I don't have clamp intended only for enlargement routine. So now my question is would you recommend a rubber band as a temporary clamping tool? how does it differ from the real one?

I would never recommend a rubber band. The cable clamps are less than 3 dollars.

hey s55, i just got a clamp today from home depot today too and am currently doing my first session. this is awesome!! one question for you- how many "clicks" are visible still on the adjustment piece when you clamp? i can see two notches left on mine, one of which is just barely sticking out from under the adjustment handle.

Just curious as to what you bros use as a wrap before you put on the clamp? I've heard everything from a piece of mousepad to a silicone ring. Thoughts?

the mousepad is working great for me. the thicker kind, not the really thin mousepads

I didn't get a mouse pad yet, I have a wash cloth that I use for better grip when stretching, so I just wrap that washcloth and put the clamp over, I have about 2 clicks left as well when fully clamped.

I have another question: I measured my expansion of girth during clamping.. and to my surprise I only gain 3mm (1/8th) or so during clamping and considering that veins are huge during that time.. it might be the vein only expansion.

Is it normal? What is your expansion usually is? What could I do to increase it?

You may not have a great wrap. If your loosing your hard on and not getting much expansion, this may be the wrap. I've found recently that I get my best expansion when I start with great EQ and get the clamp in place but not tight yet, kegel hard and then tighten. I picked up another1/8" in expansion this way, getting 3/8" expansion now and its intense!
