It's no secret that men gain at different rates, which can attributed to many things like workout intensity, duration, and maybe diet. My question is has anyone noticed a correlation with a man's ability to gain muscle mass with his ability to gain PE growth? In my head it would seem if a man can gain muscle quick, then his penis would also grow at a quicker rate.

Nope, it's been looked at endlessly and there is no correlation.
Smooth muscle responds much different than skeletal muscle for one, plus the tendon-like tunica and facia are what really limits growth for most.

An inch and 1/2 deeper than before
Agree with DonJelquer. If it did I would be 12 inches by now.

Haha, same. It's pretty sad that it doesn't though, every part of your body grows fast but your dick doesn't..

...and if I spent as much time lifting weights over the years as I have fiddling with my pee shooter I'd look like Sergio Oliva lol!

I spent a lot of time lifting weights and had very slow growth, while I've seen some pretty quick PE results.

Genetics still play a part, some will gain quicker doing the exact same routine as someone gaining slowly, however it is not linked to skeletal muscle gains. Even researching it might have skewed data because those who have done a lot of gym work can be a bit more patient and motivated to change their body no matter the time it takes doing PE.
