Right, been suffering with ED for a while, it comes and goes.

I almost got the courage up to go and see the Doc about it a couple of months ago but things got better and I left it, but I've also read quite a bit on here that people have seen their GP and just been prescribed viagra or the like, which isn't really a solution

I want to go and see a specialist, I've found quite a few places online but I was after some recommendations, and hoping to hear some first hand experiences of whether they are worth it or not?

Location wise I'd be looking for one in London or Surrey

Cheers

In many instances, there is nothing wrong with Viagra and Cialis. Many physiological ED situations do not have cures which is why many doctors prescribe PDE-5 inhibitors. PDE-5 inhibitors aid in increasing blood flow in smooth muscle blood vessels such as in the corpus cavernosa. In many instances, such as long term diabetes, there is no other way to improve the situation.

If diet and exercise do not improve EQ, a good urologist specializing in male sexual dysfunction may be able to determine the root cause such as diabetes or a thyroid condition and treat that appropriately. However, there is nothing wrong with using PDE-5s to increase blood floow until the underlying condition is improved.
