so yep I started JP routine in march 2013. Injured myself while streching. Now have a bend.

Fast foward 3 months

no lumbs, no scare tissue... went to see to 2 different urologists, both told me to just let it heal, that its not peyronie ( I was FREAKING out before seeing these two guys... just Google peyronie disease and ull see why )

I still have some very slight pain if I streched my penis in some ways, or if I push on the place where the injury is ( mid shaft, left side )

Still, Im very eager to restart PEing ... So I tried a session last day, 10 mins wamup, 30 sec streech all directions, 8 min light jelq

Could feel slight pain...

I should wait.... :( right ?

fawk I want those gains :p ive been waiting for now 3 months to restart... and I still don't know if this pe thing will work on me :p

Wait till you are healed. The last thing you want to do is injure yourself again and 3 months turns into 9. Be patient and safe. You only have one dick your given in your life

did the doc say you could do anything to speed/help the healing process. I would be looking in to that

Both of the urologist told me to wait. I one of them to have me do somthing and he prescribed me vitamine E and somthing else for 1 month. However it didnt seem to have any effect.

About the injury, i think I just streched to hard. The weird thing is that the slight pain appeared only a week after this damn streeching session

nope I haven't work on any exercise since the injury,

bend when semi erect is quite pronounced, maybe 35 degrees.

When erected its very mild, myabe 15 degree, and note that even before the injury the bend was maybe at 10 degree

note that both urologist told me to not worry, they seemed pretty sure that it was not peyronies

Once you're fully healed, you might try the following curvature movements: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-enlargement-forum/2808-penis-curvature.html#post14739

Even doing your exercises with the hand opposite the curve should help as well.
