I need help finding the perfect girth only exercises
i have a big length at 7.2 but want to increase my girth currently between 4.7 and 5.0
please help me get a fatter cock

I don't know how long you have been doing penis exercises.
But if you have done it serveral months, you can try a clamping routine, that's what i do (=

You can start by clamping your penis 5 min x 3 set
wait 5 - 10 minutes between every set.
Just follow your common sense

What i do is:

Warm up: 15 min
Clamp: 10 min.
Rest:5 minutes- I do helicopter shakes and slapping
Clamp: 10 min.
Rest:5 minutes- I do helicopter shakes and slapping
Clamp: 10 min.

Although I agree with the previous post you should never clamp unless you have a lot of experience, maybe try ulis and bundled stretches and then move onto horse squeezes and then finally clamping.

Do lots and lots and lots of ULIs between your Jelqing routine. Any spare time, do some ULIs, keeping it enlarge as much as you can will make it bigger eventually. But of course any pain is very bad or loss of feeling inside your dong!! Be careful or you will destroy your pecker. You have to work up to it. Also, stop having specific days for your routine, if you can. Get to know your dong better, so you feel which days to not PE. Do PE as much as you can any time, without pain of course!! Any pain discomfort will take you back from were you begun and a few days off. Also, do PE for 3 weeks, take 1-2 weeks off. Start over again. Longer rest has a great effect. I've gone from 4.85 to 5.3(.4) with jelqing and ULIs. Skip stretching totally. Might take you 2-3 or 4 weeks without any result. Just dont give up!

AMC, I like all of your advice, but why do you say skip stretching totally?
I mean I guess since he is only going for girth and no length he doesn't need to stretch at all, but is there another reason behind you saying this?

Also if you do start clamping I certainly wouldn't go for 10 minutes, and I wouldn't even put a minimum time to do it either. Just a max time.

For example, for the very first time you do it, say you don't want to go for more than 4 minutes at a time. So on your first set you feel OK for the whole four minutes, so you take it off at the 4 minute mark, then on the second set after 3 minutes you start to feel some fatigue, so you go ahead and take it off even though you haven't reached 4 minutes. On the last set after only a minute and a half you feel fatigue, so you take it off.

at least that is how I do it. I don't put a minimum time on my clamping, just a max.

My stretching has only made my dick sore, that in combination with Jelq. If I would target length, I would do only length exercises for a long period of time, perhaps hanging, I did stretching before not hanging. But, sometimes I do stretch it just a bit to make it come alive again or shake it up, and I do it to a point were it just feels stretched. What I mean is, I do not add it to my routine. Also, I have started to do helicopter shakes as much as I can, everytime I go to the restroom. This helps with circulation and it heals into new form(grows) faster. I encourage you to do this. All my stretching time with jelqing in my routine has not helped that much. I could be wrong.
