I've never seen so many injury threads on a bodybuilding forum. Why? Because for the most part it's not easy to injure yourself as long as you follow a good workout plan.

With PE, that seems to be the reverse. I would NEVER consider PE if it was just for my "health". I get super hard wood and my junk works fine, but at a tad over 5.5" bpel, it's small. I am only here to try and achieve 1-2" more in the next couple of years as safely as possible, and every time I PE I'm scared shitless I will damage something. Things like jelqing are out of the question (no way am I risking hard flaccid).

If it was just about penis health, PE is probably not the best way to go about it IMO. We are all here because we feel we can't match up to an ideal.

Asian women, specifically South Korean women, probably have smaller vaginas than African or European women or at least are culturally conditioned to expect less in the endowment area. However, a typical rule of thumb when it comes to penis is that bigger is usually better because vaginas can expand and accommodate babies. Furthermore, if you're not Asian yourself then packing something bigger is probably expected from Asian women (why would they alienate their culture without getting some upgrades in the process?).

For So. Ko., South Asian, and Chinese women I would say the 7 by 5.5 is a more ideal target than 8 by 6. Americanized Asians, Phillipinas, Japanese and certain Chinese women probably want closer to the typical American woman standard of 8 by 6. Body size, past partners, and cultural conditions also factor into the decision, but race is a pretty good barometer of what to expect.

Different races have different penis sizes so I'm assuming that there is a racial disparity between women as well. Two years ago I would've said penis size is primarily genetic, but now I think environmental factors (also known as epigenetic) are arguably more crucial in penis size preference and development. Either through selection or through environment it's been assumed on this site that having a substantially above average phallus (8 x 6) is preferable to anything above or below in a great deal of cases. Adjusting for asian women and their small frames and bodies is guesswork, which is why 7 by 5.5 makes sense to me as a substantially above average but non gut busting diddler.
