Why did my length gains disappear ?

A little bit about my PE history:

I started PE halfway through 2011 with the Bathmate. I used it once a day for 15 to 20 minutes. I never saw any length or girth gains. After about 5-6 months, I gave up and stated the JP90 routine. While I did achieve some girth gains, they weren't permanent and I never got any length gains.

At the end of last June, the knuckle on my index finger started to hurt from the pressure I was exerting during jelqing sessions so I decided to take a break. In replace of jelqing, I picked up the Bathmate again and gave it another go. But instead of using it once a day (like before), I upped it to 3 times a day, for 15-20 minutes. Amazingly, after a month, I did notice 1-2 centimeters in length gains. I couldn't believe it, since it was the first time in 2 years I'd ever gotten any length gains.

Unfortunatly, in the last week or so, I've inexplicably lost the 1-2 centimeters I gained. I just got up one morning and they were gone. I didn't change my routine at all so I have no idea why this happened and now I can't get them back.

Does anyone know how this could've happened and how I can get them back?

Also, I'm looking for recomandations for a good stretch routine. I usually do a 10 minute warm up with a heating pad and then 10 minutes of directional and circle stretches each day but I've never gotten results from that.

Are you talking about EL or FL? If it's the former, i've noticed that my length/girth can be slightly smaller when i barely eat during the day, or if i'm stressed & cold. There definitely are environmental factors, which effect skin elasticity and blood flow. Also, an error in measurement may be possible.

I was talking about both EL and flaccid stretched length. I can definitely rule out an error in measurement. My measurements are spot on. And beyond that, the difference is visible. I'm now back at square one. It's fucking depressing to say the least.

The frustraiting part is that you have to do a routine for a while to know if it works. Personaly I think, when I read your tread, is that using the Bathmate alone isn't enough. Try the JP90 routine and afther your session use the Bathmate. And if you are Jelging, don't use such a firm grip.

Could it be EQ? Have you tried taking a break and then attempting the strongest erection you possibly can?

Well I did finally find something that worked and then one day it all vanished into thin air. Even if I eventually needed to add something to the Bathmate routine, I would just plateau. The gains shouldn't have disappeared.

And I've tried jelqing with a lighter grip but it doesn't work. I have to exert a great deal of slow pressure in order to get girth results.

Na, like I said, the gains were evident when I was flaccid as well.

My erections have gone back down to their normal length. The gains I made are all gone.

it may be overtrain dude.....just dont be depressed about that.In my opinion relax....and start again JP90 but with a few changes like if you were 5 days pe and 2 relax do insteed 2 pe one relax...hope you achieve your goal!!!
