A little bit about my PE history:
I started PE halfway through 2011 with the Bathmate. I used it once a day for 15 to 20 minutes. I never saw any length or girth gains. After about 5-6 months, I gave up and stated the JP90 routine. While I did achieve some girth gains, they weren't permanent and I never got any length gains.
At the end of last June, the knuckle on my index finger started to hurt from the pressure I was exerting during jelqing sessions so I decided to take a break. In replace of jelqing, I picked up the Bathmate again and gave it another go. But instead of using it once a day (like before), I upped it to 3 times a day, for 15-20 minutes. Amazingly, after a month, I did notice 1-2 centimeters in length gains. I couldn't believe it, since it was the first time in 2 years I'd ever gotten any length gains.
Unfortunatly, in the last week or so, I've inexplicably lost the 1-2 centimeters I gained. I just got up one morning and they were gone. I didn't change my routine at all so I have no idea why this happened and now I can't get them back.
Does anyone know how this could've happened and how I can get them back?
Also, I'm looking for recomandations for a good stretch routine. I usually do a 10 minute warm up with a heating pad and then 10 minutes of directional and circle stretches each day but I've never gotten results from that.
