DJ...In your opinion with the LG, what is the sweet spot of time to hang with this hanger? 1.5 hours, 2 hours, etc?? My sweet spot with the BIB is 6 sets or 2 hours of hanging. Just curious if it is similar.

Right around the 45 minute mark for me the fatigue is set it pretty good. On the days that I've done 90+ minute sets the level of fatigue is simply awesome!

Today was my first day using the LG. It did not go well. I wrapped with the glans engorged, but when I would pump to 5hg the pressure would immediatley drop down to zero, I did 3lbs for 20mins constantly pumping up to 5hg. I'll update again next week.

It's possible that your pump is internally leaking. Have you tried disconnecting the pump after reaching desired pressure?

Yes I have tried doing that, but I can see that the glands begin to pull away from the dome. It is losing pressure, did this happen to you when you were conditioning to use the hanger?

Mix some dish soap with some water in a small bowl. Wear the dome and apply the vac. Put your finger in the soapy water and dribble it at the seams of the valve and the silicone sleeve. If it is the dome or silicone leaking, the soapy water should be drawn into the dome. If you cant see bubbles you should have a wet spot on your wrapping and on the inside of the dome at the site of the leak.

Also inspect the silicone for holes.

Namso's advice is a great way to check for leaks

A couple more things to check out while you're at it:

- The quick connect fitting on the dome has a rubber O-ring to help it seal. The first thing I did when I got mine was unscrew the fitting, apply Teflon tape, lube the O-ring and connect it back up. Using Namso's method on the quick disconnect can help you determine if it's leaking past the O-ring.

- When you apply weight and lose girth as you stretch, you have to worry about air leaking at the silicone sleeve. I get my best seal from folding the silicone back over it's self at the end and applying the velcro strip over top of that.

Well that teflon helped out 100%, No leakage what so ever. Everything is working out smoothly

Mine will get a bit swollen, even with proper taping. It's nothing that lasts too long for me though. Watch out when you pee though when the meatus is swollen, it can shoot out in just about any direction!

The LG is not something I would see being easy to use under clothing.

I've actually started using another Rite-aid product that is very similar. I was using "first aid pain-free wrap", which is 2" wide. I picked up a 3" wide roll from Rite-aid recently and didn't notice until I got home that it is labeled as "first aid pain-free tape" (notice that the 2" is "wrap" and the 3" is "tape"). I'm not sure if it's a typo on their end, but they seem very similar aside from the width.

The micropore tape is 1" wide 3M brand. I bought a case of 12 1" wide rolls from Amazon for around $15.

For wrapping I'm taking a 6" long strip of the 3" Rite-Aid wrap/tape listed above, and wrap around the shaft starting about 1/4" below the coronal ridge so that there is a generous overlap past the tip of the glans. I then fold this overlap down and hold it in place with a 3" length of the micropore tape placed vertically. Then I use another 3" length of micropore tape horizontally. Finally, I take a 5" length of 2" wide "self-grip" sports wrap and wrap that around the shaft starting about midway up the glans and ending down near the circumcision scar. This holds everything together and is very strong and grippy to help the friction. It's been working great!

So in summary, I'm using the following:
3" wide Rite-Aid wrap
1" wide 3M micropore tape
2" wide Self-Grip sports wrap.

The micropore tape gets discarded after each use, but I'm on a week now on the same pieces of Rite-Aid wrap and Self-Grip wrap. The micropore tape seems to serve the same purpose as the duct tape as posted by Mr. Magoo, I believe that it takes the "fluff" out of the area at the tip leaving less room for the meatus to expand into, therefore making it more comfortable (just my guess)

I have some days off so maybe I'll take some pictures of the wrapping procedure so that it makes more sense.

Micro-pore tape, is that just the medical paper tape?

Under loose fitting clothing i dont see why a leg strap wont work. As for as a lg inspired extender; it would be nice to have an extender on the market that promotes blood flow and that can provide a greater stretching force than your average hanger.
