Scared that kegels (w/o stretching) might be sucking my dick in.

Hahaha don't worry dude! That's just your body, your kegel muscle won't suck you dick in! It retracts when you contract your kegel because it's the muscle that ''controls'' your penis. You can't lose size or anything with your own muscle! Why would our own body have a ''dick vacuum'' system? It's just a muscle, making it stronger will only bring you benefits!

Well, i was under the impression that "if kegels can make vaginas tighter, maybe they make man vaginas smaller too?". plus, when i do dry jelqs, its more of me pulling the inside part out, rather than stretching it, so would anything that retracts your thing be essentially the opposite? i dont wanna do opposite dry jelqs.. :(

Nope! They make them tighter because the stronger the kegel is, the more the vaginal walls can contract. Again, as I said, the kegel really feels like a strong pull from inside, but the muscle is beneath your penis and there are only benefits on strenghtening it, try researching a bit abot kegels, you'll be amazed!
But if you're feeling too uncomfortable with it, then simply don't do kegels and do the rest of your PE ^^

A couple of points on this. If you overtrain kegels, you can experience side negative effects that could interfere with your erections. There are many accounts of trainees who abuse kegels and experience effects like "hard flaccids", spasms, premature ejaculation, and issues with their EQs- to name some.

Now, there are technical aspects of the kegel can lead to issues if your training is unbalanced. When you kegel, you're contracting the muscles of the PC- and this affects the penis directly through its attachment at the pubic symphisys. This is why, during an erect kegel, you'll notice your penis raise each time that you contract. If you're doing your kegels erect, you'll counter this effect somewhat (with some equivalence of stretching against the contraction due to your penis being erect). If you consistently kegel unerect- especially if you have poor EQ- there's no effective counterbalance and you may end up toughening your ligaments without making them more flexible.

Over time, training in this fashion may [theoretically] lead to some loss in length, or at least more resistance to your gaining length should you decide to take up lengthening training afterwards.

To fully counter this effect, you should do your kegels erect. This will also help you get the most out of your kegel training. You may also further balance your kegel training with stretches. This will ensure that your ligs develop a well balanced maximum of both flexibility and strength.

So, erect kegels=pseudo-stretch for flexibility?

Would that mean that if I do kegels ONLY when I stretch (I stretch quite a lot), it would be EVEN better?

Kegels and stretches do complement each other well. While an erect kegel does afford some form of tissue stretch, it's very passive when compared to the tension you can generate from an actual stretch like the "Tension Stretch" exercise, extender work, or weighted hanging.
