I'm looking for some quick advise from some of the pe pros.

How long into PE would you recommend starting clamping? I feel like its finally time, but I have never had an injury and I plan in keeping it that way.

I've been PEing seriously for about 3 months now.

Thanks,
-1/8th

I'd recommend getting another 2 or 3 months of PE under your belt 1/8th & making sure that you have been doing some Uli's & squeezes leading up to starting clamping.

* I would also suggest starting off with very short sets (< 5 mins) because black skin is (unless I am mistaken) not going to give you the same visual feedback of darkening that a white person gets & this is a REALLY important safety indicator.

Vulcan is right! And all the experienced PE Clampers will probably tell you the same......even me!! BUT,,,,,,,patience is a toughie. Don't clamp too hard at first,,,,and like Vulcan said,,,,short sets. I guess we are going by your pic that you may be black, but I don't think it's gonna make much difference visually. You should feel NO PAIN,,,,and things should be like: "wow, look at my dick swellin' up and how hard it gets" kinda feeling. If you don't get that, you are either doing too much in the way of pressure or time or both. Take it easy it the best thing anyone can tell you. :)

I really appreciate the advise. I've been doing squeeze sessions since the beginning of month 2, but I will give it another month. My newbie gains are not nearly as prominent now but my EQ is great.

I usually do stretch variations, jelqing, edging, squeezing, ballooning in that order.

How would I fit clamping into this routine?

When you say squeezes, are you squeezing only at the base (an uli) or at the base and behind the glans (horse squeeze)? I'm going to guess uli.

I really recommend working through some of the other manual girth exercises before you get into clamping. You don't want to burst a capillary then be down for a week while it heals.

In addition to ulis, I recommend supra slammers, horse squeezes, and iso compressive squeezes; in that order. It is vitally important that you are fully in-tune with your PIs. Start by adding a few supra slammers the first week and cut back on the number of ulis you do. Next week increase the number or the time of each rep. Third week cut back on time or reps on both exercises and add horse squeezes. Fourth week increase reps or time...you get the picture.

This gradual build-up will help prepare your circulatory system for the high pressures you'll experience while clamping.
