This week I am wrapping up my first two months at a new engineering job, and also putting the finishing touches on 9 summer credit hours. Now I plan to focus on my physique, including my penis!!

I did PE before and I did fairly well, but I ran out of time but now I'm looking forward to it.

Starting measurements:
BPEL 5.75
MSEG 4.5

I'm going to do the following routine:
Non sex days - 15 minutes jelquing, 20 minutes edging (no ejaculating)
Everyday - 15 minutes kegels, 60 minutes reverse

The wife and I have scheduled three days a week for sex, and it's working out well.

I am also going to cut a lot of things out of my diet, which I'm hoping will help the waist line and will make any gains I get look bigger:
1. Alcohol, max avg of 1 per day
2. Diet pop (it bloats me)
3. Coffee, it takes up so much time at work

I don't have any specific gains in mind, I just want to be consistent with it all, and will do my first check November 1st.

Update #1. OMG am I weak.

I decided to do my first workout tonight. This weekend I did tons of yard work and currently my arms are no match for my 50% hard penis. Pathetic! I did about 4 minutes of jelqs, but my cramping fore arms (I can barely hold a pen) wouldn't allow me to continue. I'll try to wake up maybe 20 minutes early tomorrow to get some work in.

You def. need to be working on those forearms and grip, 4 minutes and cramping is bad, hehe.

I sometimes do PE right after I lift weights in the gym where my grip shakes as well, but I can easily jelq 20 min + stretch 20 min right after. But it takes practice

Dude it was pretty pathetic. I was able to edge pretty good though afterwards and had 2 pretty mild DOs and 1 incredible DO. When the wife came to bed I think I set a record for brevity, but it's all good. My EQ was f'n raging!!!

Ohh, and below are my supps and Rx:

Breakfast: Multi-vitamin, enalapril, vit D, baby aspirin and saw palmetto
Dinner: 1g L-arginine, Vitamin B
Bedtime: Muscle Milk, Levothyroxin

I'm hoping tonight if the wife crashes I'll get in some good work.

8/11/13 Week One Update

Well, about a week in, and the following has been my pretty typical schedule:
~10 min PE/day
~10 min edge/day
~15 min kegel/day
~60 min reverge kegel/day

I also took a flaccid measurement: 4.25"

So far I have noticed three pretty decent improvements, nothing dramatic:
1. My EQ - I've been throbbing during edging and sex. It really has turned things on a little better in the bedroom. I suspect this is from edging and not ejaculating.
2. Slightly longer stamina during edging. My first PONR would typically begin around 5 min before with porn, now it's up to 8 min.
3. More intense orgasms. I've had two paralyzing orgasms this week. I haven't had ones so intense in months. This I also attribute to the edging without cumming.

One thing I want to work on this coming week:
1. Edging discipline. I've been pretty good at withstanding the first PONR, but if I really want to increase EQ and orgasm intensity I need to withstand the second one and wait a day.

Week two pretty much in the books. It was not nearly as disciplined as week one, but it's a marathon, not a race I suppose.

Most of my workouts were good, but I plan on edging afterwards and my edging sessions were pretty lousy. I think because I use tons of lube during PE and non during edging my dick hates me for it, and I just want it done and over with so I lose discipline. Pretty much my ejaculations were weak and unfilling post PE.

That was until today 8/17/13. I had some time, so I decided to edge with my fleshlight and a quality porn. I did about 10 good minutes of jelqs, then I went on to edging. About 10 minutes in I pulled off a killer dry orgasm which was better than any regular orgasm this week. I got to the PONR and beyond, held a raging kegel for about 20 seconds, then I released my PC flicked away as if I was ejaculating as normal, but nothing came out. I lost most of my EQ, but 2 minutes of jelqing got it right back, and the same thing happened. It was pretty intense on the last one watching my dick flick away for what seemed like over and over with nothing coming out.

I am going to try my best to ensure edging is only with the FL. There is a huge difference in the enjoyment between that and my hands, then I think I do more harm than good trying to edge with my hand.

Also, it's only two weeks in, but I've put in a ton of work, and I am heading out on vacation. I am going to try to go porn/edge/jerking off/kegeling and reverse kegeling free this week. I am going out of town with the kids, and I want sex 100% off the mind. This will be a nice reboot.

So, hopefully I'll remember to check back in with two weeks.

The week off I think went pretty well. We were on vacation and it was nice completely not worrying about a routine or anything. I've gotten in some work since I returned though and haven't really noticed much difference. Yesterday during edging though I again had a good DO about ten minutes in, and any subsequent DOs would have had to have been forced, so I just stopped at twenty. In the past I used to edge and quit before I would attempt a DO. Actually being able to achieve DOs has really improved my stamina.

I have targeted September 12th for some reason as my first measurement check. I am not expecting any significant gains, but one thing I am concerned with is my weight, and if I can have any gains at all, alongside a weight loss of 10lbs I think that will really have a dramatic improvement on my naked appearance. Weight loss and overall health improvement are a huge part of my goals too.
