Hey there. Just wanted to introduce myself. I actually never knew my cock was on the smallish size until I started noticing guys in the locker room were packing a lot more than me. I'm also a healthcare provider and after numerous exams, I found out how small my dick really is. I've actually done a fair amount of PE off and on (JP90, stretching, hanging, etc). I'm now committed to doing it 100%.
I'm on the smallish side (BPEL of ~5.5 inches, 5.75 on a good day :) and ~5 inches girth. 2.75 to 4 inches flaccid (depending on how cold I am :).
My goal is to reach the elusive 8 inches erect. I was really motivated by reading Bibhanger's account, but I realize that his gains are very unusual. My plan is to do hanging mostly with some jelqing (not much) for girth. I'm no dummy and will go real slowly with the hanging. I appreciate anyone's input. Thanks!

Your starting size is almost dead-on statistical average in length, and a bit over statistical average in girth. Simply put, about half of all men out there are your size or smaller - I definitely wouldn't refer to that as "smallish"

Thanks for the support guys. I've decided that my routine will be several minutes of manual stretches (more for warm-up) + 10 minutes of jelqing 5 days/week. Will slowly work up to ~20 minutes of jelqing.
Instead of using the Bib hanger, I'm using Ron Low's TLC tugger cone and hanging weights from it. It's a lot more comfortable and since I'm interested in foreskin restoration as well, it's perfect. I'm using a 5 lb weight and doing 3, 20 minute sets ~4 days/week. Will slowly work up to 12 sets at a time and then add weight slowly.

Luckily. the male organ (the penis) can easily become enlarged through consistency, patience & time as you gain experience.

5.5 isn't the end of the world. at least you are average, but if you want to reach an 8" you're in the right support forum.

Ummm... if you hang using the tugger that is only going to stretch your foreskin! You may get length but that is really only a side effect.

Welcome to the Gym hawkeye77! As pointed out by other you are average at your starting point now dedicate yourself and do the work and you should see nice results. My husband joined this site back in 2010 and he accomplished his goal of naturally getting rid of ED and Pre-Ejac he also achieved the elusive 8x6. Just remember that you need to treat PEGym as a marathon race and dedicate the time, of course genetics also play a big part. Good luck!

I thought of that as well, but it is pulling down quite a bit on the penis itself. In fact, I felt more tug and pull using the tugger than when I was using the Bib hanger. Hopefully I'll have increase length and a new foreskin by the time I'm done :)

Thanks again for the support guys. My goal is 8 X 6 inches and I'm a pretty determined guy, so I think I can get it. I'm willing to put in the work.

From what I have read and my expirience with FR and hanging, I must say that if you are gaining from that than an extender would probably work great for you! Right now I am on my third week with an extender and I am loving if. I will be buying a respectable one ASAP unless I find one for free.
