I'm going to give this another try.. and this time I'm switching my mentality and creating the reality. My current goal is to achieve a size of 8 x 6 within 1-2 years. I'm mostly going for girth, but any length gains will be great too.
1-2 years will come in a blink of an eye, but for now I'm going to focus on the now. Baby steps are key.
My routine will be done 2 days on and 1 day off
*10-Minutes – Warm Up
*10-Minutes-Stretching
*10-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)
*Kegal about 100-300 through out the day.
*Edge for 15 mins.
I started yesterday and I already did my routine today. Rest day tomorrow.
