I'm going to give this another try.. and this time I'm switching my mentality and creating the reality. My current goal is to achieve a size of 8 x 6 within 1-2 years. I'm mostly going for girth, but any length gains will be great too. :)

1-2 years will come in a blink of an eye, but for now I'm going to focus on the now. Baby steps are key.


My routine will be done 2 days on and 1 day off
*10-Minutes – Warm Up
*10-Minutes-Stretching
*10-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)
*Kegal about 100-300 through out the day.
*Edge for 15 mins.


I started yesterday and I already did my routine today. Rest day tomorrow.

I guess I wanted quick gains but I learned to be patient from working out at the gym.
I wish I didn't stop because I knew about pegym since 2 years ago. I would've been at my goal already..
There's always second chances and I'm taking it this time.

Dedication is the most important thing!!! And you seem to have it. Dedication, Love and Focus can all be labeled as the same thing in my eyes. Cant really have one without the other. You will get there.

I decided that I will do a 5 day on and 2 day off routine because I was on and off since 2 years ago.

Yesterday and today I added 5 more mintues to my jelqing.

I forgot to mention, I woke up with the hardest hard on ever today. I also have noticed more veins! This is just the beginning! I'm also thinking to edge for 1 hour when I get the time.

My goal is to have sex for 2 hours this month. I will report back if I accomplished that goal.

I haven't been updating my routine because I just wanted a break from the internet but I'm still doing good with my routine.

10-Minutes – Warm Up

15-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)

Edge for 15 mins.

I just need to finish my kegals and I'll be done for today.

I'm not going to be updating this for a while.. I will still do my routine everyday, and still be active on the forums.

I will update my progress in 3 months!
