Ya u guys are right, Im just so excited Ive already seen gains and I guess im just thinking to far ahead and ODing a little bit. Im just going to stick to JP90 with no Bathmate, and ive read that its Ok to do Reverse Kegels/Kegels and Edging so I plan on doing those as well. Maybe ill Edge on my 2 days off just and just match my Reverse Kegels with how many Kegels I do when im in doing the JP90. Ill probably wait a few hours after the JP90 to do the Reverse Kegels. Does this sound alright guys?
Well, Florida. Not to be after you (again), but i would recommend you to not edge on your days of.
Edging is still considered PE.. And especially in the start (but also later on), its very important to have days where you give your unit rest. As any other part of your body it mostly grow and heal when you don't do anything (and mostly when your sleeping). So make sure to get enough rest, and when its a OFF-day, have a off-day. So don't do stuff on does two days.
(Exception to the rule is having sex with somebody.. Why do PE if you not allowed to use your gun

)
And same goes to reverse kegels and normal kegels.. Which btw are included in the JP90. Why not just do them on the on days, and then give it a rest. Here we are actually talking about training of muscles. And muscles also needs rest to grow/become stronger.
And about doing edging... well Edging is still "extra work"... it is very mild extra work so it might be okay to do.. but like I said in the other thread.. the more you add in the start... the harder a time you might end up having.. so maybe just also wait with the edging. Unless you edging as a substitute to masturbation.
//What I wrote in the "other" thread for Florida 636:
I would highly recommend you NOT to incorporate the Bathmate, (until later). JP90 is already on the more tough side of the beginners routine. But the beginners routine has their limits for a reason. And that is to not overdo it so you don't hurt yourself.. But also not to overdo it so you can gain as much as possible. So by adding the bathmate, you technically cutting down your potential easy gains.
Think about it for a second: In the start you gain from less exercises. When these gains start to slow down, you add a more heavy routine eventually with a slight bit more heavy exercises... And when these slow down you can add a even more heavy exercises or equipments to see further gains.. etc, etc.
Just like in bodybuilding this technique is called progressive overload.
However, what you are doing by jumping the gun, and cutting the gains you could have had by doing only a easy manual routine, is that you might in the long run have a harder time gaining. You condition you penis to need a harder workout to see gains way too early.. Compared to how you could have had the same gains way easier.
This is of cause just my advice, and people do tend to gain differently. So take it if you want to... But I think you are shooting yourself in the foot here!
