Hello Everyone,

I've known of PE gym for a few years, and just decided at the beginning of this month to get started. I haven't even taken my basic measurements yet, but I've been trying to craft my own beginner routine. I've been trying out a few exercises and have a basic routine that is focuses on total solution. Following the "Length first, Gain second" mantra I have 2 length exercises and 2 girth exercises back to back preceded by a 5 min warm-up and concluded with a 3 min warm-down. I've been doing what I refer to as "practice runs" and have been largely unsuccessful.
Contrary to my username, my problem is an inability to form lasting erections during my jelqing exercises. I usually get chubbed up during the warm-up, but can maintain flaccidity for my first two exercises. Moving on to the girth exercises have been difficult. I guess my penis is stressed out from the abuse of the stretch exercises, and decides to retreat. I'm not quite sure what the issue is. Anyone have ideas?? Thanks in advance! And thanks for letting me part of your community!
For those interested I have posted the routine below:

Total Time: ~35min
Schedule: 1 day on, 1 day off
Exercises
1. Warm Up 5 min
2. Power Stretch 5 min
3. V-stretch 5 min
4. Ultimate Jelq (wet) 5 min
5. Jelq and hold (wet) 5 min
6. warm down 3 min

Why don't you try it the other way around. Do your jelqs first and then do your stretches. Stretching your penis gives a longer flaccid penis which is difficult to work with if you follow with jelqing.
Hope this can help a bit

That's definitely something I'll try out. I was wondering if my penis was just unconditioned. Maybe I'm trying too hard too early?

Welcome to the gym

in addition to the advice above, also realize that you're starting with a pretty advanced routine there, which could be a bit much for you at this point.

Good luck

JP90 (or even a little bit lighter than that) is definitely the way to start. Your exercises are way too strenuous. There's no way you will gain anything but a trip to the urologist with what you are doing. Take it easy man, I have been doing PE off and on for around a year, and I'm still seeing a great benefit from a watered-down, easier version of the JP90. I havn't really gone for any size gains, I just pretty much do it for EQ. Even when I do eventually go for size gains, I still won't start as strong as that routine you posted, and I'm much more conditioned than you.

Please take this advice, from someone who has had two injuries from going in over their head in PE.
