Measurments:

06-01-2013
BPEM = 6.0
SPEM = 5.25

7-11-2013
BOEM = 6.1
SPEM = 5.25

Goal: I would be happy as can be with 7" BPEM!!!

My Routine:
-5 min warmup with hot/warm water
-10 min stretching in all directions, helicopter stretches
-100+ jelqs (wet or dry)
-3 min stretch between legs (cant remember the real name)
-10 min stretching and warm down
-Sometimes edging or balooning after routine

I feel like the more you have to start with, the more tissue there is to stretch, making it easier. What about us little guys? Should it be taking this long to see any progress at all? :(

Bigger does not mean better gains, most of the best gainers I have noticed have started at small or average.

To be as blunt as I always am, here is some great advice. Stop whining, you have been at it for about 5 entire long grueling weeks. If you dont have patience just quit now. That or read, learn and dedicate, make your fate and celebrate.....I just made that sh*t up and it rhymes. Well any how I hope you get my drift, it takes time.

Everybody's body react in different ways. We can't expect changes over night. Think of PE as bodybuilding. You start out slow and work your way up and as you progress you will start seeing gains after a while. It just takes a lot of patience and dedication.

I just started PE, so I can't give much advice, but I kind of treat it like bodybuilding. Listen to your body/penis and see how it's reacting to your workout/routine. See if you need to gradually up the reps or something. Or add in or take out something. If your penis hurts, stop. If you think you can handle more, go for it. That's how I take on PE (with a lot of caution too).

For a guy who thinks he cant give much advice you sure nailed it THOMO, hit a fricken homer right out of the park. You basically summed up proper routine creation in a nutshell. Great post.

Ditto THOMO,

As long as you don't get the PE Version of Bodybuilding DOMS. Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness.

How about DOPS ...... Delayed Onset of Penis Soreness. :becky:

Pretend you're way over weight and you decide you're going to lose all of your extra weight, it's your new years resolution :). You pick a route to run in the mornings, you're going to wake up at 6am, you bought a gym membership, everything. You're ready, right?

I guarantee you would quit. I mean, I would, and I'm in really good shape. (I run, swim, bike, calisthenics, weights) But I couldn't have done all of this from the beginning, its taken a good 6 months to build up to where I have the mindset to do what I do and want to do it.

If you can start with to much it can be overwhelming.

If you are dreading PE or have trouble staying focused during, I would suggest this: Start with an amount that you feel is simple and easy. Something that you look forward too because its going to be so easy.

As an example, I wasn't overweight when I started working out but I wasn't exactly fit either. So what I did, right before bed every night was do 5 pushups. Sounds incredibly easy right?

It was and I could do them in under 10 seconds. With no excuse not to do my 5 push ups, I was able to do them nightly for about a week. Then I found myself wanting to do more, so I started doing crunches too. I was excited to do my little workouts and it quickly became a habit. I built up my push ups and crunches doing a few more every night and this built momentum. Now, after about 6 months of this I am to the point where I still look forward to my workouts. Except my workouts aren't small anymore.

The point is I built up my momentum and I never quit. Start small and build up.

Good luck.

What are your PIs telling you about your work-outs? Are your work-outs strenuous enough to cause tissue fatigue, requiring a break?

I would recommend you increase the amount and quality of jelqs or switching to JP90. If your penis is not reaching fatigue, requiring you to take a break from time to time, your PE routine might be only slightly better than normal edging.

Things to check during your work-out:
- adequately warm (you may need to re-warm after stretching and before jelqing)
- quality of jelqs: is your EQ sufficient, are your strokes slow enough (3-5 sec/stroke)

While I agree you'll see bigger guys gain easier, you are no where near small man so don't lump yourself in with small lol. Also, why are you unmotivated when you've only been at this 5 weeks, like Big O said, and you've actually gained? To me that would be the ultimate motivation to gain so quickly. And lastly I think Danster makes an awesome point with his comparison to working out.

You shouldn't be referring to your size as smaller, your well within the norm. There are some guys here trying to get to your size, so be happy with what you have already. Stay positive. Just like Karma, you get out what you put in.

Thanks everyone...I was just feeling discouraged because I saw one guy post he had gained an inch in 4 weeks! But I have been sticking with it...not gaining in length at all, but girth yes, so at least something.

Patience patience!

Great Job.

I know it can be frustrating when you're looking for one type of gain but not getting it.

The good news is you're gaining elsewhere, so all is not lost.
