Thanks to Pegasus for pointing this topic out for me because due to the limited time I usually come here once a week.
I tend to avoid using BC,IC,PC as the locators and mostly focus on kegels and reverse kegels (in other words movement of the muscle groups themselves rather than individual muscles) on the whole level since of the way all the muscles are connected, since I simply cannot fully isolate those muscles and be 100% certain what affects what, and the lack of any medical training and education.
However I think this is an important discovery and should be more worked on. And when I get more knowledgeable about these i will probably either add the definitions of BS,PC and IC to the kegel master list topic or create and entire guide about that.
For now I suggest to someone to start training and focusing on IC only and even develop some exercises if needed be. From what I gather IC can only be exercised while erect (at least in the beginning). I am unable to do any detailed research for the time being since I am working on something else for now, so if anybody wishes to experiment with IC over a course of few months and share the experience it would be a good idea overall.
The final part would probably be developing and IC focused exercises that help a person locate it and develop it alongside other muscles. I am generally always of thought that the balance of the whole pelvic floor is the most important thing, which means that if the IC is generally under represented (while PC an BC are mostly covered wia kegels and root locks ect) that should be changed.
Anyway any input form any member testing this out will be appreciated it just might be that the IC muscle exercise are the new "reverse kegel".
I am currently reading the topic on the Th***er's P**ce.
Also now that i think about it I noticed such peculiars myself but wasn't quite able to get it down what it actually is.
As kazuma noticed it seems that towel raises are an good exercise for the sole focus on IC, but in order to to that with any efficiency one should build up the pelvic floor with outher exercises first and also to prevent injury etc, try not to jump strait to towel raises.
I notice on the topic in question and by reading articles such as this one
Caution Notices - Kegel Exercise for Men | Herballove.com and
Why Kegel Exercise is Good for Her But Not for Him? | Herballove.com that using your PC to train is actually harmful. While I can't atest to that, I do thend to agree that overwork is not a good idea and that using kegels during sex is simply a bad practice (other than using it for DOs).
This is a good guide for IC.

OK, I think I have something useful for some of you who still think how to concentrate on IC.
Sit down on any medium chair. Think about your bottom. When you sit for a very long time, you start to feel kind of pain in two points down there. Those are two parts of ischial bones. Both IC sticks to them on the most central line of our body.
Now concentrate on dorsal surface of your flaccid penis right in front of the pubis. It’s important to start from this state. Now try to “hang” or “pull up” this surface so that you will feel like your penis is being tensed and hangs a little bit higher. It’s a bit hard and difficult but eventually you will feel it. NO TENSION IN PELVIS IS ALLOWED AT THIS POINT. You will feel a little bit of “hard” tension, with nearly zero movement of your anus but you will feel it little tight presents.
Now try to achieve semi-erection with slow stimulation of your penis. Still concentrate on the hanging-penis-feeling from the beginning part. You will feel your penis more aroused and “able” to ride.
Then continue stimulation and achieve full erection - still concentrating on this specific “penis-hanging-dorsal-pulling” feeling. When you are fully erected you will feel it working and you will be able to move your penis without using your hands.
If you are going to stimulate until ejaculation, you will feel that this tension can control this state and while “hanging” you will be able to delay semen. You can play like this as long as you wish without loosing erection!
REMEMBER: DO NOT concentrate on anything but the medium, central line that goes threw your pelvis. No interest in bottom, abdomen, special concentration on anus or any. The dorsal part of your penis is the most important one. ENJOY!

My understanding of what Matt356 has said in this thread is
If you tense the IC muscle:
1. Your erect penis would point at a more upward angle.
2. Your dick slightly retracts into the body.
3. You can feel it retract inside you just above the base of the penis.
All these things happen when you do a Kegel anyway but you also squeeze most of the other muscles in this region. If I do a Kegel where I slowly increase the tension I noticed it’s my IC muscle that squeezes first followed by my BC and then my PC. It feels like a muscle in the front of me squeezes, followed by a muscle under my penis, followed by one in my anus.
So I found it easy to locate this muscle by doing a very weak Kegel making sure you don’t feel any contractions in your anus. Then you get a retraction movement in your penis but no other muscles clench.
Now that I felt I had located the muscle I put it to the test whilst edging. Someone had said in the thread that by using the IC muscle it stopped the muscle responsible for making you ejaculate from contracting (BC or PC). So I was edging away and I kept squeezing the IC every second just gently and it took me alot longer to reach the PONR, and after that short rest gap it took me ALOT longer to re-reach PONR (which is normally I normally do in 30 seconds). It’s like the small IC muscle contractions stopped the short intense feelings you normally get through out masturbation (the ones that gradually get more frequent the closer you are to PONR). Don’t get me wrong it still felt nice and my erection was constantly great through out.
Now I have a real ache in my IC muscle. From contracting every second or two for a long time!
NExt time I am going to try this whilst having sex and report back.
Anyway this really seems like something that requires more attention.
