Bathpump.com trustworthy?

This is the official BathMate seller of the PEGym. It's actually the only one I would recommend to buy from, as we have direct working with them and UPS (they ship via Amazon.com).
If Bathpump has direct working with PEGym, I would never go for any other sites.
Bathmate's official site where I ordered (bathmate.no (nor instead of .com) have the worst customer service ever. It has been almost 1.5 months since I mailed them about my for-no-reason broken Bathmate and guess what? They still haven't replied. Firs they said that they have limited service at the moment, and preferred that I wrote in English, so I sent them a new reply in English. After that, they said they will come back to me, or i could call them.
Now I don't really want to call them.. So I sent them a new message like every other week, no replies yet.
