Hello all! I have been interested in the health and growth of my penis for quite some time. I have actually been a member and stalking the forums for quite some time. Unfortunately I have never actually started any exercises. I am 5'8 3/4, a quarter of an inch shy of 5’9; I am somewhat stocky weighing at about 170 pounds. My scale says that I am overweight by measuring my BMI and body fat %. I am currently 22 years old, at the age of 14 I lost my virginity and my ex girlfriend told me I was really small. This has been implanted into my head for 8 going on 9 years. I have been insecure since then. Although I have been insecure about my size, I have had flings and one night stands with many girls, I would say in the double digits. I used to be very confident and open. I used to be able to go up to anyone and talk with them, especially the females! Ever since that comment of "You're extremely small or it's so tiny." I have lost all confidence. I guess you could say my penis is my pride. After soaking in low self esteem, I became quiet, shy, nervous, and I tend to have a lot of anxiety when doing social interactions. I honestly do believe that after hearing that from a girl, the transition of my relentless confidence to low self esteem has been very detrimental. I went from being outgoing and open to shy and quiet. I went from being active and fit to becoming a stay at home gamer that has no ambition and drive for anything. I think it's about time I make a change in my life, a solid one at that. Baby steps though, baby steps. So, after reviewing some threads, I have decided I will start with the JP90, except without the helicopter shakes. My flaccid length is so depressing I can't even twirl my penis, especially due to the fact that he seems to be shriveled majority of the time. So, here's a little information about my member.

I AM in fact circumcised, he curves upwards and a little to the left. I guess the good thing about that is that I hit the spot during missionary..... For the most part.
I have bought measuring tape for the sole purpose of PE GYM.

BPEL: 6.00
NBPEL: 5.00
EG: 4.00

I don't measure flaccid since it seems to be shriveled and inconsistent majority of the time.
I'd also like some help understanding what MSEG, BEG, MEG stands for. I can't seem to find out what those are acronyms for.
My journey shall begin tomorrow! I hope to hear from the fellow members of this forum.

P.S. Are there any people circumcised that curve upwards that have found exercises that seem to work better for our type of penis? I would definitely be interested!

PE isn't an easy road, but for those dedicated enough to sick with it, it can completely rejuvenate your confidence and self esteem. I'd recommend checking out the JP90 routine if you haven't already. Just be patient and set realistic goals- and don't forget to have a little fun along the way with the great people we have here

Wow I'm virgin and I think it's gonna be awkward if a girl tells me that I'm small (I'm 6x5.2"). and I think it's a bit rude, if i ever hear that word I'm gonna grow it an inch longer than my long-term goal! :D

ANon I just wanted to start by telling you good luck. Im on my third week of jp 90 routine and I already notice some difference.I wanted to let you know that you should be able to do the helicopter shakes if you warm up right.Me and you are just about the same size.I warm up with a pot of hot water.I will be trying a rice sock soon because I heard it works the best.

We all start somewhere man... I am starting today and my member is the same as yours (a little more to start with.) But its about the journey right now. And remember to make this all about you. Start walking around like you've already achieved your goal. And use that confidence to get out there and slay the ladies.

I'm 5'4"... Member size is not really the challenge for me.

Thanks for the words of encouragement guys! Today will be the first day I start, I'm actually warming up as we speak. As for the the routine, It will definitely be the JP90 conditioning. I am currently using a rice sock as well. Anyone in here circumcised? I'd love some advice from fellow members who are circumcised. That would be great! I'm also curious to see if there are different methods for different types of penises that would be more efficient or if there is a difference in gains regarding the fact of being circumcised or uncircumcised. It's about time to start now. CHEERS! :D

Hey guys, so today is Thursday, after Tuesday, my hang is actually bigger than it normally is, the only thing is, I don't have hardcore erections in the morning, yep, no morning wood! I can still get an erection though, but it doesn't feel as hard. Any info on what I should do? or maybe what's wrong with it? Seems to be a positive PI for the hang all day and all night but a negative PI that I don't have morning wood. I am confused! should I stop? take a break until my morning woods are back? or lessen the intensity of my stretching or gripping as I jelq?
