We determine penis size if we know about PE, otherwise it is simply your DNA, and maybe some healthy or unhealthy living. I feel as I have controlled mine over the last few years.

I have a male Bully and the Great Danes should be laughing their asses off. You know why? Because Bull Dogs must be artificially inseminated! I am not saying that all must be done this way, but most are. Bully's can't fuck because they are poorly built. Also, the females must have caesarians because the puppies heads are too big to come out naturally.
