Why: Because I am dedicated to becoming who I want to be.

About me: I have a BA in psychology. I am currently getting my Masters so I can become a mental health counselor. I don't have much time to type. So I am being extremely brief here. Hopefully it does not come off as insincere.

Weekly Routine:
6:30am: Wake up and start breakfast
6:45-7:30am: PE routine (2 on 1 off for first 4 weeks)
7:30-7:45am: Breakfast
8am-10am: Work
10-10:15am: Snack
10:15-12pm: Work
12pm-1pm: Lunch
1pm-3:30pm: Work
3:30-3:45: Snack
3:45-5pm: Work
5:30pm-7pm: Exercise
7pm-8:15pm: Shower, after workout meal, prepare tomorrow's meals/snacks
8:15pm-10pm: Free Time
10pm-6:30am: Sleepy time :sleep:
