Had this idea today, anyone tried this yet? Some kind of lotion or massage oil that warms up if you rub it on your skin? would be an awesome way for warming up prior to PE!

Those lotions and oils mostly just create the sensation of warming, not actually warm the tissue. Warm-up the proper way.
Since I do my p.e. stuff in the mancave in front of the computer, I keep my jelqing oil bottle on top of the modem. 'Keeps it warm.
I think you can contact to the massage oil retailer as your choice. Any ways i also provide some massage oils.
