I've been searching through the posts as much info as I could find, I'm in college and I have a very very tight budget at the moment. I want to start with a decent but cheaper ebay*extender. I don't want to wait until I save up a lot of money for a high end device, I want to test the whole thing with a cheaper one first before investing in a higher end one.
can you suggest any decent inexpensive ebay extender I could get for the start?
I'd appreciate all your advice and suggestions.

x4 labs starter for 89 bucks cant beat that, it comes with comfort strap and 3 inch rods, you can buy extra elongation rods on ebay for under 10 bucks with free shipping

There is really no single best extender in the market because if you want to get the best extender you will have to combine products into one. Best extender in my honest opinion is get the wide girth base of x4 labs so you can put your balls through the base and last much, much longer than a normal base and then get the vacuum mod for the head and you will have the best extender that the world has to offer for now, even a penimaster pro can't compare.

I agree with almighty pain, But I believe the man is on a budget, the wide base from x4 labs is about 189 bucks I believe and the vac mod from autoextender is about 50-60 bucks. That blows him well over 200 bucks not including the crazy shipping charge x4 charges.

The secret to buying spare parts for your extender is to say "I'm an existing customer and I would like to buy ABC at a discounted price".

I did this with the girth base and the quad support piece by calling X4 sales directly.

Thank you all for your replies :thumb: as Rollin said I have a tight budget and I was hoping to find a decent extender for 50-60 bucks... I don't want to spend more than 100, main reason beside my tight budget is that I really don't want to spend more money on something I have no real experience with... I want to test the waters first, so to speak; before investing more into a better device/upgrade.

Go to ebay and you will find the cheapest extenders I would try to get either a noose, Velcro, or comfort strap based extender anything other than those are horrible.

Well, I get your point, but I think there can't be a huge difference between the eBay clones and the expensive devices... they are basically the same thing, rods, rings, sponge and straps... we are not talking about a high-tech machine here, what can be the difference apart from maybe higher durability in the long run and maybe slightly better comfort?...
again I may be totally wrong. your comments are much appreciated

A question for the lab 4 users! are the tension lines once you adjust the tensions meant to stay hidden or do they come out again??

As you wear the device and the tissues stretch or relax, more of the gauge rods are exposed and the tension is decreased. As you see the this happening you should turn the adjustment screws to lengthen and increase the tension to your desired level. Also make sure that the cause is not due to any slippage as adjusting the screw will cause further slippage and injury to the glans. If there is any doubt remove the extender and strap in again when all is fine.

The vacuum attachment is not part of the X4 Lab extender nor the parts and supplies, so you won't find it on their site.

I got a cheap extender from eBay. Added a cloth and silicone sleeve for my cock and did the infamous velcro strap mod. It works great. No slippage or breakage. Used it for 3 months and 600 hours. The more expensive ones are good too I'm sure but I took a chance on a cheap one and it worked for me
