Hi everyone, I have another thread on this forum where I discussed my extreme premature ejaculation (seconds), terrible masturbation habits, and arousal problems.
I just concluded a 25 MINUTE session and I've never felt better. I normally struggle to have a 10 minute session! I'm wondering if this is showing improvement with my PE or if I just got lucky tonight? Here are some of the variables that come into play:
-I'm slightly high (marijuana), can that have an effect on how long I last?
-I'm in extremely good muscular shape but I haven't done cardio in like 3 years and I did HIIT training today and I did great at it. I read many articles today relating PE and cardiovascular health.
-I COMPLETELY concentrated on my breathing, the relaxation of all my muscles around my genital area
-I've been doing kegels and reverse kegels consistently for 1-2 weeks
-This is the first session i've ever had in the dark and using only my thoughts.
I don't know if anyone can give me a real "answer" to this, so I'm open for other people's opinions? Do you think that this is improvement from me struggling to last 10 minutes with edging, etc. or that this is just a one time thing since i'm really relaxed tonight? PS. I didn't really have to edge that much this session...I was able to masturbate with a pretty rapid pace and not even have the urge to ejaculate!! It was awesome haha
