Is this improvement or a fluke?!

Hi everyone, I have another thread on this forum where I discussed my extreme premature ejaculation (seconds), terrible masturbation habits, and arousal problems.

I just concluded a 25 MINUTE session and I've never felt better. I normally struggle to have a 10 minute session! I'm wondering if this is showing improvement with my PE or if I just got lucky tonight? Here are some of the variables that come into play:

-I'm slightly high (marijuana), can that have an effect on how long I last?
-I'm in extremely good muscular shape but I haven't done cardio in like 3 years and I did HIIT training today and I did great at it. I read many articles today relating PE and cardiovascular health.
-I COMPLETELY concentrated on my breathing, the relaxation of all my muscles around my genital area
-I've been doing kegels and reverse kegels consistently for 1-2 weeks
-This is the first session i've ever had in the dark and using only my thoughts.

I don't know if anyone can give me a real "answer" to this, so I'm open for other people's opinions? Do you think that this is improvement from me struggling to last 10 minutes with edging, etc. or that this is just a one time thing since i'm really relaxed tonight? PS. I didn't really have to edge that much this session...I was able to masturbate with a pretty rapid pace and not even have the urge to ejaculate!! It was awesome haha

It is a positive pi but there is more work to do.

All the factors which you listed contributed towards your control during edging. Marijuana seems most contributory factor.
- Working out muscles / general exercise is recommended by physicians to increase the hormones which control the hyper excitement. More exercise = more serotonin hormone in the blood = more control. Exercise keeps you away from anxiety and depression.

- Breathing and relaxation of pelvic floor muscles also keeps your arousal in check. It is important to control your arousal using deep breathing and reverse kegals.

- Marijuana or any other psychotic reduces sensitivity for the time being and causes more relaxation. Better to stay away from these.

Pot and breathing.
Lay off the reg kegels or a while. As a rule of thumb, always do more rev than reg.

Very good. It definitely helps. What articles did you read for instance?

This is very good indeed. First of all concentration is an extremely important mental skill (IMHO), so nice you've been able to use it. Keep the muscles around your genital area relaxed makes a great difference.

Not sure this is long enough time, but it's better than nothing. That's for sure.

Well, this made the session easier, since you only had one type of stimulation going on. But it's a good start.

Do you mean 25 minutes BEFORE u reach point of no return? Or do u reach ponr several times during 25 min,
