Is it OK to do PE while in the shower?

Usually my penis and testicles are pretty loose and saggy (lol) when I take my hot showers. I was thinking of trying the JP90 routine, or any other beginner excercises/routines that won't last more than 20-30min. I'm new to the terms, and am learning them, as well as the excercises. The only excercise I know is jelqing. I've looked at the stickies for help, but I still don't really undestand what a kegel is. Or when people say hanging, or clamping. Hanging is putting a heavy object on the end of the penis with a string, right? What is the point in edging?

also, can I use soap as lube? like bar of soap?

Most guys take about an hour to do JP90, so it will be long showers for you.

Kegeling is flexing a muscle to stop peeing, or to shoot semen when you orgasm. To better feel the muscle do a start stop while peeing, once you get it you can do them at any time of the day.

Hanging is as it sounds, hanging weights from the penis shaft (you must grab the shaft to prevent injury to the glands with higher weights). Don't do this until you have read and understand all there is to know about hanging.

Clamping is placing a clamp on the base of your shaft while 100% erect. Again don't do this until you know all the information about clamping and have conditioned yourself for the extreme pressures.

Edging is masterbating without orgasm, this aids in prolonging a thick blood filled flaccid as well as promoting gains.

Are there any shorter routines? I don't really have an hour to do excercises because of school and work.

You can do the jelq part of your routine in the shower (warm up + jelq = 20 min), and then do your stretches in bed before sleeping.
Have a look at PESG routine from what I remember it's pretty quick .

A lot of people do their routine in the shower. As pointed out though, 30 minutes is on the short side of what you need time wise. If it's all you have, then some PE is better than none at all, but don't be surprised if gains are a little slower than expected.

I used to use a hot shower as a warm-up, then I'd turn the water off, spend 30-40 minutes stretching and jelqing, and turn the water back on as a warm-down. This did mean spending about an hour in the bathroom shower every other night though, which isn't sustainable if you're living with other people and want privacy from them.

Jelqing involves stretching (length) and squeezing (girth) in one motion, so it's essentially the planche or deadlift of PE, one compound exercise that hits just about everything. So I think dedicating most of your work to jelqing is a good way for beginners to save time.

After a month or two, check your gains, check your Tissue Growth Clues, and see what needs to be done from there.
