Usually my penis and testicles are pretty loose and saggy (lol) when I take my hot showers. I was thinking of trying the JP90 routine, or any other beginner excercises/routines that won't last more than 20-30min. I'm new to the terms, and am learning them, as well as the excercises. The only excercise I know is jelqing. I've looked at the stickies for help, but I still don't really undestand what a kegel is. Or when people say hanging, or clamping. Hanging is putting a heavy object on the end of the penis with a string, right? What is the point in edging?
