Most on here reccomend continuing the JP90 routine until gains slow or stop. You can always add reps/intensity to the JP90 routine after the first 90 days also. I was most interested in girth improvement (since i started at 4.5meg), so I added quite abit of girt work (squeezes, ULI's, pumping) but still do most of the same things in the JP90 also now 7 months into PE.

Have gone from 5.5BPEL to 6.6BPEL, and from 4.5 MEG to 4.75 MEG. So +1.1" EL and +.25 in EG. I think most of the EL gains were due to improved EQ and newbie gains, as most of that came in the first 2-3 months.

I wholeheartedly agree with Increasing- if it made you gain then continue it. You don't need to change a single thing until you stop gaining from it. You don't even need to increase the intensity/reps until your gains stop, many people have gained from the same routine done over 6months or more.

If you didn't gain anything from JP90 I'd advise doing it for another month or two, if there's even 0.1 of an inch gain after that then I'd keep it up, if not then you can think about adding some other stretches/exercises.

All PE routines have the same basic frame though, depending on whether length or girth is wanted. A mix of stretching, jelqing, or manual girth exercises, alongside kegels edging and stamina work.
