Been reading the site off and on for a couple years, never really committed to a routine although I have done the exercises enough times to know them well. Well it's time for me to fully complete jp90's routine.

So far I'm about 6 workouts in, doing 2 day on one day off. I'm taking 2g of L-arginine a day. Already having better EQ, flaccid hang (MUCH better already) and vascularity has pretty much doubled (veins of peace). Can't wait til I've gotten through a year of PE, I'm excited.

So my starting stats are 6'' NBPEL x 5" MEG. I just measured girth for the very first time and would like to hear how I stack against the average, would appreciate someone letting me know the average girth.

My immediate goals are to just get a healthier penis, maximizing my EQ and erection frequency (love having a boner), to reach 7" NBPEL and to just get thicker. Mostly however I'm taking things very slow and cautiously because when I was 14 I was doing jelqs with a full boner and basically gave myself ED for about a week (which is why I stopped jelqing). Now that I'm 20 I think I have read more than enough to do this correctly.

would appreciate some replies!

Welcome to the Gym Wangy.
The JP90 is a great routine to get started. It worked very well for me the first time around so I just modified it a bit and used it for years.
Please don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have. We are all here to help.
Good luck.

Welcome Wangy!

Good job on reading up, and getting informed so you avoid more problems. Your goals seem very achievable, just take your time and be safe about it. The gains won't happen overnight, but you can do it.

Don't forget to keep a log, it really helps for reference later.

Good luck on your journey.

Welcome to the gym

Statistically you're just a touch above average in both length and girth, so you've got a great starting point.

If you haven't yet, you should start a progress log to help keep yourself accountable. Consistency over time is the key, so do everything you can to ensure your success.

Good luck
