When exactly do you know what you're putting in isn't enough or not right? Whether that means to cut back, add more, or completely change your routine . Any experience would be appreciated on whether or not to stick it out for a few more weeks or change up some things. For the record I do have positive PI's. Thanks!

Positive PI's means you're on the right track! I generally like to exhaust my dick a little bit with PE, and make it a little sore. That generally influences gains for me.
