So, I've been pulling on my dick for a little while now.

Started slow, and then once I started to notice changes I became inspired. I've always had decent size, but like most of you, always wanted another inch.

I've gain some length. Probably 1/2inch in the past 5 months and 1/4inch in girth. My tight foreskin is stretched out and comfortable now, and my turkey neck is almost gone.

I've tried lots of techniques, although i don't know their names here. My current go to technique is to watch porn, get hard, then pump just the head, pulling straight up. Usually pump up to -4psi. Using one hand on the pump to pull to maintain pressure, then use my other hand to pull down on my balls and stretch the turkey neck. I will do reps with a kegel in-between. Ususally 20-25 reps 2-4sets 2x per day.

For me, I think this is a very time efficient and effective program for length and girth. Focusing growth of the head, and reduction of the turkey neck, while maintaining a vertical erection angle.

The ultimate goal is about 1/2 inch away in length and 1/4 inch away in girth.

Welcome to the gym

If you haven't yet, check it the JP90 routine in the beginners section. It's something that you should be able to add to your pumping routine with no problem.

I've looked at the JP90 program years ago. I followed it for about a week then gave up. I'm sure it's a great program, but there are some exercises that I don't agree with.

I want to maintain a high erection angle, and from past stretching experience, I've noticed a loss of angle due to downward stretches and the like. I now almost exclusively stretch up to the 1 or 2 o'clock position.

Also, since I've been pumping, the expansion is so much greater that dedicating a lot of time to jelqing doesn't make sense.


Before I started PE, I would say I was 8x6, but I was a little under that. Ultimately I want a 9in BPEL and 7in BG, 6.5 MSG.

I've noticed quite inspiring gains over the past month, using the pump/stretch/kegel method I talked about above. Is there a name for this technique?

Welcome to the gym, stretching will not change your erection angle. It may make your EQ go down for a little while and may have been what made you think it was changing your angle but it wont.

If so my bone would point to the floor by now but the erection angle is the same when I started. I have done serious hanging with heavy weight so trust me on this.

I definitely have lost some rigidity of the base. When I was younger, it was painful to bend a full erection to 90. I also do agree that with some recovery the loss reverts.

It's pretty clear also when looking at the big porn stars, they have all done PE of some kind and most also have a floppier than typical cock, and many have a weak spot near the base where they tend to fold in half when hard. This is what I want to avoid.

I think this mostly happens from pumping with the chamber at the same spot. all the way down. the pump wants to be at 90' because of how the cylinder fits against the stomach, and that creates a bend or weak area where the seal is made.

This is why I think it's critical to pump at varying levels and using your bodies natural angles.

Another negative is that when pumping fully inserted, their is a chance of sucking up a ball or vein from your sac, and it's hard on the glands that create precum on the sides of your dick.

Ultimately, the response I look for is my penis to be extra full of blood, with as little bulging of the veins as possible. I also want a bigger mushroom head, so I focus the intensity there. to hold pressure, you need to be at a stretch, so I think this process will work for length and girth.

Since manual stretching is done flaccid, I don't thing it has as great of an impact. But that's just my experience.
