So I've been trying to get going on a RK regimen. However, I, for the life of me, cannot seem to adequately isolate my BC muscle in a front reverse kegel exercise. I understand it relaxes the muscle, you're ideally not supposed to use other muscle groups and be totally relaxed when performing the front RK, you're pushing out and down on your penis, and it's supposed to feel similar to taking a piss. I've adjusted my approach over and over again to try and get it right. At first I realized I was squeezing my IC and PC muscles (back RKs). I decided to transition to RKing while standing up rather than laying down. Also while I standed I tried to simulate the action and feeling of taking a piss (without doing so obviously, lest I piss all over my carpet), hoping that would help me isolate the muscle. Doing this has helped me get as close to what I think an RK is as anything else I've tried. So now I stand up pretend like I'm pissing, trying to relax and push out on my penis, get that balloon filling up feeling, and yet despite it all I literally feel like I'm doing nothing. Like it does not feel at all, like what I think a relaxing/stretching muscle should feel like. Any advice or tips? Even better, a more detailed answer on how to execute these? Thanks, guys.
