I used one for the best part of 3 years and I gained about 0.4 inches of flaccid stretched length and nothing in erect size.
They work for some guys though. However, they aren't as hands-free as you think. Just before I got one, I remember loving the fact that I can stretch my penis and go about my normal day with no one being any the wiser.
Sadly this isn't true. At my most extreme, I was trying to get in 8-10 hours a day in order to desperately gain, and the amount of fannying around this actually took was unbelievable, it was like I was a slave to the extender. I had to take it off in private every 50 minutes or so due to the pain, so it was really inconvenient having to attend to it so often. It's not like you can just put it on in the morning, go to work and then come home and take it off 10 hours later, you have to keep taking it off and putting it back on, you can never rest, you can't really go out socialising, you either have to be at home or in a stable environment close to a bathroom like at work in the office. I was so desperate to gain using an extender, I would shy away from meeting up with friends as this would interfere with my extender time.
So each day was a pain in the arse basically, and then the next day you have to look forward to doing it all over again...
