Have PE, down to too much mental arousal. Tried many techniques and supplements with no success.

Has anyone tried being hypnotised to cure Mental premature ejaculation ?

Nope you just have to keep on trying. It is just a hurdle in your life and when you finally beat it you will be a different person.

As of mental barriers, I believe hypnosis is an underestimated tool.

People are very different when it comes to susceptibility regarding hypnosis. I tried becoming hypnotised by one of the best in my country, and I was a hard nut, and he wouldn't be able to make me feel or see anything. But I noticed that I would allow my body to become hypnotised. You know, like: "Let your arm feel light and float like a balloon!", and the arm will obey and rise.

I have also hypnotised several people. It is very interesting and can work where other techniques may not seem so efficient.

I would try hypnosis it if I felt I had a mental barrier that kept me from something important.

Also self-hypnosis isn't really hard if first being susceptible to hypnosis in the first place. You may purchase a book or perhaps find a technique on the internet (if it is difficult to find a certified hypnotist in your area.)

If you believe it works it works, hypnosis in itself doesn't work as you read this message it will not probably work for you.

If you believe it works it works, hypnosis in itself doesn't work as you read this message it will not probably work for you.

I know of people who have been convinced that they couldn't be hypnotised, and thought it ridiculous, but they would in an entertainment setting let themselves be hypnotised into acting like chicken or other animals, without remember anything afterwards. On the other end of the scale I know people who were so excited about trying hypnosis as they were sure that they would expeirence something really exciting, but they would not experience anything at all. There is a general agreement that hypnosis is about sharpening focus, trust the process and let go. And also other unknown factors play in, like perhaps what parts of our brains (and not just the hemispheres) which are dominant.

Believing in hypnosis or not may affect a person, but it doesn't necessarily mean something about the actual experienced result.
