Help needed with Kegels

I'm new to kegeling and I have a couple questions. Help me if you can.
1. For a person just starting could someone give me a solid program to get started.
2. When I first started I could actually feel my PC muscle moving(yesterday). But it seems to be not as "solid" today. Is this normal?
3. My PC muscle is very weak I guess. So therefore I can't even hold it for more than 2 or 3 seconds. But I can Flutter pretty well. Is this OK?
4. If I get on a good routine and stick with it, how many months do you all think it will take to cure my Premature Ejaculation.
5. What do you recommend I do to keep track of my progress if I don't have a partner to help?
6. Will masturbation weaken my PC Muscle? If I masturbate will it affect my progress?

2. You may have over worked your PC muscle, and trust me it is not hard to over work, just rest from any kegels you were thinking of doing until the soreness goes.
3. It is normal to not be able to hold a kegel for too long at the start but like any other muscle, as you develop your strength and stamina you will see that you will be able to hold it for longer. I don't know what fluttering is.
4. That really depends, I don't know. Try Edging in addition to kegels.
5. Keep a log/journal, those are very self motivating, you could either do it in private or in the progress section of the forum. I do both.
6. I don't think It will weaken your PC Muscle unless you ejaculate a lot in a day/week. I'm conservative about this so I try not to ejaculate more than 2 times a week, Ideally just once a week. Depends what your goals are? If you are trying to cure your premature ejaculation I think masturbating and ejaculating often maybe a good thing since it will desensitize you; however, if you are doing stretching or jelqing I would not suggest ejaculating more than once every 3 days or so since you might fatigue your penis hindering your growth.
