I wanted to know if PEing can cause the penis to look darker due to the wear and tare done to it by stretching and jelqing and everything else in pe. And side question is if anyone knows how to lighten the color of your penis if possible?

yes, it does! very much! In fact, the penis looking darker (and redder) because of the positive effects of PEing & more blood forced in to it. It's a healthy & positive sign. keep going with it
I got some very dark staining on my shaft in places. It does seem to be gradually fading over the months though.
I wasn't too happy at first, but then I figured it was a small price to pay for the gains I got. If it disappears completely though that will be a bonus.

It just "bruising" of the skin and connective tissues. Leave it alone and it will eventually fade over time. However, I love it!! What the heck is wrong with a bigger, thicker, and yes darker dick? My wife jokes around, asking me if I am "tanning that thing?". Enjoy the color - whatever it is.
