Hi Guys,
First, I'd like to thank you for creating such helpful forum for desperate people who lost hope. Finally, I decided to join PEGym after around 3 years of searching all over the Internet.
I will try explain my condition the best I can in order to give you a thorough understanding about it.
Actually, I have lack of confidence showing my body and penis to anyone because of the fear of rejection which led me not to have any relation until this age = ( ... That's why I decided not to lose an much as I lost, and start something new and exciting...
I have two different routines in order to achieve my results: PE Gym to achieve the ideal length for my penis and regular workout to achieve my ideal weight that will help showing the hidden part of my penis into belly fats.
Here are my detailed measurements
Age: 25 yrs old
Height: 172 cm ~ 5 feet and 7.71654 inches
Weight: 91 kg ~ 200.6 lb
Current Measurements
BPEL: 13 cm ~ 5.1 in
EG: 12 cm ~ 4.7 in
FG: 10.5 cm ~ 4.1 in
Target
BPEL: 20 cm ~ 7.9 in
EG: 15 cm ~ 5.9 in
I read thoroughly before writing this post, so I have chosen the same routine for PESG because of his inspiring story. Also, I took some photos as well for mu penis with the measurements in order to be used for comparison in the near future.
Thus, this will be my regular routine as quoted from PESG's inspiring story:
Advice me if you have other opinions, and tell me what do you think about my measurements, please?

*10-Minutes – Warm Up
*Basic Stretching (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches)
*10-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)
*I also kegeled 120 times while doing the routine along with 100-200 during the day
*This routine was done religiously on a 2 days on and 1 day off regiment.
