Guys, need your opinions on this one. Been hanging around 2 years now. About a month ago I noticed this huge vein on the right side of my dick. Well, that vein now has what looks like 4 or 5...I'll call them knots, its just lumpy! They are directly on the vein, hell maybe in the vein. Have a look tell me what you guys think. I rested for 2 weeks, went down but never away. Most prominent when flaccid and ofcourse after hanging. Very soft, no real pain when touched. Was curious if this could be lymphocele?

Lymphocele is normally a colorless mass/bump, so if it's red/blue/purple whatever like most veins then it's not lymphocele, if it's painless and you can get erections fine then it's most likely harmless, best would be to get it examined by a doctor/urologist but chances are they will say it's fine.
Just bothers me cause its so unsightly. I immediately thought oh sh*t this is not normal. Thanks for calming my nerves a bit man.
They look like notches to me. I don't think it's unsightly but I would agree that it's worth getting checked out. It's hard to stay calm and rational when the problem is with your dick, but it doesn't look bad to me. Did they show up overnight or gradually?
Ya. Actually about a month ago the one closest to my head was REALLY bad. Was really jetting out the side of my penis. Same result on opposite side but no vein. Thought skin was just irritated. Was all lumpy where my hanger grips my penis but all went away. Now, vein knots are back, I just keeping going back and forth whether to stop hanging or safe to continue.
I was thinking that. I hang light weight too, maybe ill ease up on tightness, never really thought I did but makes sense.

I got mine from jelqing but I am a beginner to PE. Looks similar, just a ridge encircling the penis, but on the side is where you can really see the bumps (above pic).
most prominent when flaccid right after an erection, but can be seen while erect too if i press. If I ice it or remove go totally totally flaccid some other way its not very noticeable though.
Is your "vein" fixed to the body of the penis? (if you move the penis skin over it does it move?)
Also does this vein encircle your shaft? or is it just on the side? There looks to be some swelling encircling the penis as well... right?

Ya looks similar but I think mine is more of a vein issue. Vein is fixed to my penis, on right side. Lumps stay in place when I move skin so has to be vein issue, if pressed on I can feel a dull pain in my rt testicle. Vein doesnt encircle penis just on that one side man but is some swelling, guees that is also visible. Guess I should stop all PE?
I have been hanging for over 6-months and I get them as well but they go away over time and then new ones come back I think its a process not sure but I noticed the same thing.

I don't think you need to worry. Your dick is getting bigger, therefore, your veins are getting bigger too. Wait until your sensations start to get bigger!! I've been hanging for almost three years and I now have veins where I never had them....well, they've always been there but I never noticed them before. Since I've been doing PE my whole dick is on steroids! If you have no discomfort at all then I say ENJOY the new you! I looked at you pic and that's a fine looking wang. I think the veins enhance the overall look. Ain't no shame in the growing game.

bigstick. Are you sure that the ridges that you feel aren't Tunica ribs? That's what they look like to me.
Yeah, thats what I thought too. I just developed a couple and this looks pretty similar... but he says they are more veinlike so I dunno.
The ribs seem common and non problematic... most members who posted saying they have them in 2003 or whatever are still around with healthy dicks

The tunica must expand if you are to see girth growth.

Can't say I have the same exact thing but Ive noticed a vein on the right side of my shaft as well that Ive never had before...Ive been hanging for two months and I use a BIB Hanger...I just asked Bigger on his forum about it, I'll let you know what he says.
I don't do hanging but after a few months of PE i got a large vein like that on the right side of my shaft and not on my left side. But essentially it looks exactly the same when i am flaccid like bumpy and wavy like that. Do you masterbate with ur right arm? I think the extra pressure caused that vein to pop out more and it looks bumpy because essentially its like a rubber band and when you stretch a rubber band and then it comes back it is shorter but bumpy and wavy like, thats why its so prominent when flaccid and not so much when erect. And i think it would make sense that it looks like that after hanging if we look back at the rubber band example again, since arteries are elastic in a sense. u feel me?
