Need advice from the veterans

Hello Friends,

I would like to know the most effective excercise/routine for lenght ONLY. Girth was never my goal, but I still kept doing it, and I think that`s what was stopping me from gaining lenght. I always did the newbie routine with jelqs and squeezes but now I`m gonna be all in for lenght.

Judging from your experience, what routine would yield the most lenght gains? There are a few options that I`m considering but I wanted to hear from those who actually gained. I`m thinking about doing the newbie routine but only the stretches + some sets of the blue whale`s mandingo stretch.

What do you guys think?

It can be difficult to gain length only.

No such thing as best, but people say the best thing for length is hanging.

I dont care if some girth comes with it, but I will just do lenght only exercises... and Steve, I`m talking about manual exercises...

Then like I said no best, or most effective routines, or they would have the same routine for everyone and everyone would gain from it.
You will have to see what works for you, why not start off with a beginner routine like the jp90 and cut out the jelqs. Or do they at a low erection %, because they help for length too.
