I'm not a girl but it makes sense that a large glans is attractive. For one thing it's going to provide more stimulation during sex and I think it just looks better too. Sometimes in porn you see a guy with a great big cock with a very small head on it and it just looks a bit weird IMO.
The only limiting thing would be if it's actually too big for your partner to get in her mouth, but up to that point I would say bigger is generally better.
