Penis/Testicles feel cold... why?

its relatively warm in here but my testicles and penis head are cold :\ not normal at all, what causes this?

The testicles are supposed to be a bit cooler in order for the sperm to survive. Heat kills them. But I'm not sure why your glans is cold.

Third is right. Testicles are supposed to be cooler.

But a penis head? Is it cold when its erect? Coldness causes constriction of veins, it s unlikely to have a cold erect penis head. Heat causes Vaso-constriction, which means veins expends and therefore letting blood flow. Try applyin some heat and see what happens.

my glans get a bit chilly sometimes. i think its from over-working. I tend to do stretches randomly throughout the day, thats why mine are cold i think.

I'm flaccid and I know the balls are cooler I mean it's crazy cold.. Like my balls and dick are shriveled and cold to the touch sometimes

maybe its overdoing exercise. Give sock when it gets cold maybe?

i keep my rice sock on there for 10-15 minutes :\ i keep i t around the base of my penis and the head and a little skin sticks out the top.. most of the time i sit here and browse the forum while i warm up
