how to incorporate bathmate

Hey guys. I just bought the bathmate and I have no idea how to incorporate it into my routine. I think that my routine should revolve around the bathmate or even comprise solely of the bathmate because i think the gains come faster but im not really sure. I want to gain some length but my main goal is GIRTH. Right now my routine is as follows:
15 min warm up
flaccid stretches up, down, straight out, left, right, and one internal stretch (all held for 30 secs)
3 ulis (held for 30-45 secs with 1 min break in between each)
20 squeezes (held for 5 seconds each and done at 50-80% erect)
100 side to side stretches (done at 30-50% erect)
100-150 wet jelqs (each stroke counting as one, done at 40-70% erect)

Again, looking for some length but would really like to pack on the girth. My routine is mon, wed, fri and on sun i do a much lighter version of my workout and then start with the full routine again mon. Please help me guys. Let me know how I should tweak this to include the bathmate.

I've owned and used a Bathmate for about a year now.

In my experience, the bathmate is better as a supplement to an existing routine than it is as being the center of a routine. That being said, the easiest way to incorporate it is to just use it every time you take a bath or shower (I.e. once daily or so)

Thanks, i think im going to just add it into my jelqing. Probly start with 5 min of pumping in between every 50 jelq reps. Then work my way up as i get used to it.

Hello dawkins, not a bad workout routine here is an idea to do to incorporate into your workout with the BM a version of DLD hardcore stretches with BM. Which is to continue with your current program but on break down your jelqs into counts of 50 and into your bathmate at an idea of 60-70% erection. Once up to full pressure in a 5-min period do your stretches out, left and right then relax for the remaining time period. Exit the BM and wet jelq again for a count of 50 then back into the BM and stretch then relax. So with your current count of jelqs should give you 3 maybe 4 supersets with jelqs/stretch/pump should get you fatigued real good. Just an idea, good luck.

Hy,start with 10 min workout with bm and low pressure for start.Then over the week or two put more pressure and try to find your ideal level.Do not start with any kind of erection only flaccid state for beginners.Bm is ideal for cooling down after pe,i used it two months now and gained great from it.I start with streches and jelqs then bm and all workout completed in 30 minutes....

I would say that you should start taking afternoon shower's or baths after you get done with most if no all your workout's. As Razor does i use it as a so called "cool down" to allow blood to flow fully through out the penis. and allows it to get "in my own words" a full stretch. If you don't finish your routine before using your BM that's no problem just finish the rest when you can. As donjelqer said just do it when ever you take a shower orbath. Either way your going to make gains.

cool guys thanks for the input. One last thing. Once i get used to the BM and I have been using it for a while, can I use it at 100% erection? Im wondering if to get erect gains you need to be completely erect when your using it. And if i only use it flaccid or at 50%, will I still get erect gains?

Any kind of pumping is more effective if you can maintain an erection throughout the session (pressure from inside the corpus chapters plus vacuum on the outside equals more expansion). It also helps to keep edema down
