I wasn't circumcised as a baby, but decided to have it done a few years back (at age 25). Most of the guys I'd seen were circumcised, and the fact that I wasn't made me a bit self-conscious. Plus, I've always liked the looks of a circumcised penis better, and I think it's more hygienic that way. Anyway, since having it done, I've noticed a few changes that I'm a bit concerned about:
1. I don't get erections as easily as I used to, and they typically don't last as long.
2. During erections, the head doesn't swell up as much as it did before the procedure. Basically the head stays softer than the rest of my penis, which in turn also makes the overall length about .25" shorter than it was before (I used to be 6.75" NBPEL).
3. A few brown spots that look somewhat like freckles have appeared on the head, and the underside of the shaft.
All of these things have been this way since a few months after the procedure. I'm assuming this is the result of less blood circulating in my penis, specifically to the head for some reason. Maybe some veins that were cut during the procedure didn't heal up properly? I'm wondering if anyone else has had this experience, and what, if anything, can be done about it. Also thinking about talking to a doctor about this. I have a hard time believing that it could be age related, seeing as how I'm still in my 20s.
