It's been almost half a year since I stopped hanging yet still I sometimes have some indentation just where the hanger used to stay. However, luckily, it's only while flaccid and only sometimes. But still it's a change from how my penis used to look while flaccid. Again, it only goes like that sometimes and only while flaccid. I used the BIB Starter for about 2 months. Anyone else notice this after many months off of hanging?

Could the indentation be a visual appearance from thrombosed tissue just above the attachement area, causing the area just below to look indented? I have noticed this occurance a few time during my years of hanging. The thrombosed (swelling/thickening) of tissue is usually a small area right above the front of my attachment site. Because of my poor wrapping methods, this section got pinched from the weights and over time looked like a bulging muscle. This pinched area can also be aggrivated by swining/bouncing the weights. However, it eventually goes away.

I always thought I wrapped perfectly, but sometimes I did not pay enough attention and unexpected things happened. Here is a link for some very good hanging methods and wrapping technique in particular https://www.pegym.com/forums/groups/hardcore-hanger-s-club-d534-quick-references.html Also, you might try usuing a few What-a-Grip (WAG) as wrapping material. They are tight and take some getting used too but work very well https://www.pegym.com/forums/groups/hardcore-hanger-s-club-d571-multiple-wags-hanging-wrap.html

If it's been 6 months since you notice this, I'd visit your Urologist.

I don't hang anymore since about 6 months. The thing is this indentation or hourglass shape only occurs sometimes, pretty seldom actually and only while flaccid. When it hangs soft and loose there is nothing, but when it gets kinda hard, still while totally flaccid (hard flaccid?), that's when it sometimes gets indented just where the hanger used to pinch. :(

I haven't seen this happen or heard of anyone else with this problem. My guess is that tissues right at the attachment point probably become a little tougher the surrounding tissues, and in your case there isn't enough blood pressure building up to inflate this tougher area as much as the rest while flaccid. Just a guess though!

Sounds like a valid guess. I'm worried this may increase and eventually effect my erect state as well. Also, isn't tougher tissue on the penis kind of the same as Peyronie's?

An inch and 1/2 deeper than before
I would try edging and see if getting the penis to be in an engorged state for long periods of time might slowly even it out and cause full blood flow through out your penis, that or a solid jelquing routine. I have never experienced this so i am just taking a shot at a cure.

Thanks for the tips, but do you think this could become a problem other than visual since it's only in the flaccid state, and seldom at that?

I should mention that I used to have more than hour long masturbations every other day before but stopped and now I have sex with my gf once a week.

So I'm starting to figure out that it takes a bit longer for the mid part of my penis to fill out with blood than the rest of it. This only happens in the mornings for some reason. Looks kinda weird when it happens and makes me almost freak out a bit. It actually is most noticeable when semi erect. Then throughout the day, it goes away and when I'm fully erect everything looks good. Could this be more than a visual problem you think? Should it heal on itself? There is no pain whatsoever but it's got me very worried. :(
