Hey pegym, so I'm sure this is a hard question to answer as some people get gains faster than others and climate change could affect measurements by a bit depending on where you live, but I've been measuring once per week.
The reason I'm asking what a good measurement frequency would be is because I read if you aren't gaining size, then you should up your routine (whether it be more reps, more force, or a bigger routine with more exercises). The thing is I don't want to read into this too early and start to overwork my penis which can cause the same effect (no gains). I have barely gained 1/8 of an inch in the last 2 weeks and I'm not sure if that is slow or if I'm expecting too much and I should hold off on a routine change for a longer period of time.
I realize this is potentially impossible to answer due to variance in genetics etc, but any information on this would be great even if it isn't regarding answering my specific question. I have read the indicators thread for positive, negative, and neutral signs but I've found both positive and negative indicators which has left me a little confused.
Thanks in advance to anyone who took the time to read this and/or has positive feedback.
