I've been doing longer duration on my kegels, after learning that no ill effect came with it. A minute if I want it. Been trying some new combinations of slow rise (5 seconds), 30 second hold, slow fall (5 seconds). And I learned some years ago that if I hold for over 5 seconds, I can "bounce" repeatedly for over a minute. I saw a German commercial with a naked man lying down, doing kegels with dick bouncing in an arc from left to right, then back to left. Wife watched it with me, thought it was "in good taste".
