after planning and starting a PE program, i have injured myself.

i havent really gone too far, i left it alone for a couple of weeks and it came good, its just that when i PE i find that it tugs on my cords to my testicles. I may be jelqing too hard, im not sure, but when i jelq from the base of my penis, i can feel the cord to my left teste in particular that has come to injury.
The end result of this injury is a painful ejaculation, and i would like to hear from anyone who has encountered similar problems.

im not stressing, im just concerned that my technique is off, and that i may be griping too hard with my OK grip and in turn this is tugging in my cords to the testes.

I'm guessing that you are right, you are gripping to hard. While jelqing you only need to grip hard enough to move blood through your penis and you penis should also be less than 80% erect. This should be a shaft only exercise, try using your non-jelq hand to gently hold back your scrotum, use enough lube to help things slide along smoothly.


Rest up until you have no pain, before starting again.
