Judging by your signature, you want a .5" length gain and a 1.2" girth gain.
There's really no specifically set way to go about programming as an intermediate, so you'll have to try a few different things and track your progress. Small changes at first.
You gained length very quickly on this program, so I wouldn't make any changes to your stretching or jelqing regimen. Maybe add one intermediate level girth exercise to the routine.
Edit: I like squeezes for girth, but I advise that you do them when your penis is very warm (rewarm as necessary), and start with a low number of reps, because this exercise is very intense and can easily be done too hard or overtrained. No more than 2-3 days per week on this one, and always leave a rest day in between squeeze days.
