Adding to my routine

I'm done with JP-90 day and even a few weeks more than the JP90. I'm liking what I'm currently doing in my routine I'm just wondering what would be the best exercises to add?

Judging by your signature, you want a .5" length gain and a 1.2" girth gain.

There's really no specifically set way to go about programming as an intermediate, so you'll have to try a few different things and track your progress. Small changes at first.

You gained length very quickly on this program, so I wouldn't make any changes to your stretching or jelqing regimen. Maybe add one intermediate level girth exercise to the routine.

Edit: I like squeezes for girth, but I advise that you do them when your penis is very warm (rewarm as necessary), and start with a low number of reps, because this exercise is very intense and can easily be done too hard or overtrained. No more than 2-3 days per week on this one, and always leave a rest day in between squeeze days.

Thanks, I starting doing some jelqs at a slightly higher erection level as I've heard this concentrates more on girth gains. I'm basically just sticking with JP90 and upping the reps. Slow and steady wins the race and I see no reason to change what has been working. I'll get a good measure here before too long.
